3 Studio Condos and a brand new 1 bedroom in Cape Canaveral, Florida, near Cocoa Beach, just steps from the beach! The studios are all identical layouts, decorated slightly different from each other, but all are right across a small street from the ocean. If one isn’t available for your trip, just check the others because you’ll equally love them all!

Whether you’re here to play on the beach, visit local attractions, work, enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Space Coast and Central Florida has to offer, or just disappear from reality for a few days, this is where you’ll want to relax after a day of fun.

CONDO DETAILS AND AMENITIES
LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM: All units have Smart TV’s or Rokus so you can sign in to your streaming services and a queen sized bed. Our new one bedroom has a living room with Sleep Number pull out couch to add 2 more people if you’re looking for something with a little more room.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and a Keurig coffee maker.
LAUNDRY: The building has a coin operated community laundry just steps from the condo for your convenience.
PUBLIC SPACE AT SAND REEF CAPE CANAVERAL: There is an outdoor community table to enjoy the days outside, as well as bike rack and outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt before you come back in from a day at the beach.
PARKING: There is a parking spot assigned to each unit so you’ll always have an open place to park right in front of the condo. They’re fairly deep so if you have small to medium sized vehicles you may be able to double up!
BEACH: We’re right across the street, about 900′, from the beach, you can see the beach crossover from the building. We’ve provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for you so you won’t need to worry about bringing them or buying them while you’re here. You can see all of the rocket launches and landings right from our part of the beach.
~ AREA ATTRACTIONS ~
Most everything you’ll want to do daily is within 4 miles of the condo so dining, grocery stores, nightlife, and shopping are all a short drive away. Kennedy Space Center is only 20 minutes away, Brevard Zoo is 30 minutes, and central Florida attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Top Golf, and more can be driven in less than an hour.
